AQUADOME

Is a series of immersive audio-visual performed installations, which continues WACKELKONTAKT's exploration of the power structures
between artist, space, and audience and between the spectators and themselves. In this captivating light and sound composition, the group draws from the Ganzfeld experiment (from German: "whole field") and subjugates it to their EXCESSIVE approach. After meticulously testing the effects on themselves, WACKELKONTAKT offer their audience an attempt to push sensory information to its limit, in order for supersensual information to sneak in and take control. This work allows an audio-visual experience to be generated from within the spectators themselves, stimulated by WACKELKONTAKT's multisensory bombardment.
